Having a Gail of a good time!

I've been a licensed hair stylist since the dawn of time, ok maybe not that long, but it's been a few years! Prior to starting my home based salon I managed salons around the city of Ottawa. Hectic hours and high stress, I decided to slow down a bit and convert part of my basement into a small salon! 

I've had my small home salon for 11 years now, and am still going strong. Many of my customers have become good friends over the years. I offer full salon services including; cuts, colours, highlights, ombre lightening, blow outs, kids cuts, updo's and styling, facial waxing and ear piercing. I use professional products and stock some for sale. I can also bring in a product or tool for you if there is something you would like.

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment there is a note on the front door welcoming you in. Come inside, please remove your shoes and help yourself to a pair of cozy slippers in the basket to your right. Walk straight down the hallway, and on your first right you will see the basement door open; come on down!! You're the next contestant!! (I had to). You'll find me there, in the salon, with my hilarious looking (but oh so comfortable) crocs. My friendly little pup Lola can often be found curled up in her bed by the door to the salon, she will be most excited to greet you upon entering.
